These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of truetimex.com and your purchases from TFTTX LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Connecticut, United States, with its principal place of business at 268 Post Rd Ste 200, PMB 709801, Fairfield, Connecticut 06824-6220 (“TrueTimeX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using the site, creating an account or placing an order, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

TrueTimeX is a direct retail boutique. We are the single merchant for every watch sold on truetimex.com: your order and sale contract are with us, not with any third party. TrueTimeX is not a marketplace, and no third-party sellers list or sell on the site.

We source our curated watches through suppliers and use logistics partners for authentication support and delivery. We remain responsible to you for your order, refunds and customer support.

TimeMD market data, comparables and pricing signals are informational estimates derived from public market data. They are not appraisals, investment advice or a guarantee of value.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

We may ask you to verify your identity before completing an order, and we may refuse or cancel orders or suspend accounts involved in fraud or unlawful activity.

Placing an order or submitting an offer is a request to buy. A sale contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing. We may decline any order, including where a watch is no longer available or was listed with an error.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, duties and shipping unless stated. Payment methods, any authentication fee and the total due are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Shipping method, delivery timing, and when title and risk of loss pass to you are confirmed with each order. Our full shipping policy is pending and will be published here.

We describe each watch as accurately as we can. If a watch you receive is not authentic or is materially not as described, contact us and we will work with you on a return and refund.

Except where these Terms or applicable law say otherwise, we give no additional warranty on watches beyond any manufacturer warranty stated in the listing.

We may offer to accept a watch you own as part-payment toward a purchase from us. Any part-exchange value is our offer, agreed in writing after we inspect your watch. TrueTimeX does not arrange trades between customers.

The site, its design, TrueTimes content and TimeMD analytics belong to TrueTimeX or its licensors.

You agree not to scrape or bulk-collect site data, interfere with the site, misrepresent your identity, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try in good faith to resolve it for at least 30 days.

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms; the effective date above shows the latest version.
