These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and TrueTimeX LLC (“TrueTimeX”, “we”, “us”), 608 5th Ave, Suite 408, New York, NY 10020, United States.

By accessing truetimex.com, creating an account, placing an offer or order, joining a membership plan, or using TimeMD, the Trade Floor, concierge services, or TrueTimes, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the marketplace.

TrueTimeX is a marketplace connecting verified dealers and collectors of luxury watches. Unless a listing states that TrueTimeX is the seller of record, dealers are independent sellers and are solely responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and fulfillment of their listings.

TimeMD market data, comparables, and pricing signals are informational estimates derived from public marketplace data. They are not appraisals, investment advice, or a guarantee of value, and are provided “as is”.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Dealers and certain members may be required to complete identity and credential verification. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in fraud or counterfeit activity, or violate these Terms.

An offer is a binding expression of intent to purchase at the offered price. Acceptance by the dealer forms a sale contract between buyer and seller.

Prices are listed in the currency shown and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated. Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers; by paying you also accept their terms.

Title and risk of loss pass per the shipping terms of the individual order. Inspect items promptly on receipt and report discrepancies within 48 hours.

Dealers warrant that listed watches are authentic and as described. Suspected counterfeit or materially misrepresented items must be reported within 7 days of delivery; verified claims are eligible for a full refund including return shipping.

Change-of-mind returns follow the return policy shown on each listing. Watches must be returned in the condition received, with all included accessories and documentation.

Member-to-member trades are agreements between the participating members. Valuations displayed are TimeMD estimates only. Each party is responsible for its own due diligence, shipping, insurance, and any taxes arising from a trade.

Fantasy portfolios and leaderboard standings are for entertainment and carry no monetary value.

Membership plans (Free, Dealer, Pro, Elite) renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Annual plans include the stated discount. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change plan pricing or features with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

The site, its design, TrueTimes content, and TimeMD analytics are the property of TrueTimeX LLC or its licensors. Listing content remains the property of the listing dealer, who grants us a license to display and promote it.

You agree not to scrape or bulk-collect marketplace data, interfere with the platform, misrepresent identity or inventory, or use the marketplace for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

Except as expressly stated, the marketplace is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueTimeX LLC’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts or omissions of dealers or members.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt good-faith resolution for at least 30 days.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale.
